If you put a boxer up against an MMA fighter, the MMA fighter would almost always win simply because he or she has more moves and is more versatile when it comes to submitting an opponent. A boxer knows how to punch. Someone who is in the MMA knows how to fight, and that there is more to fighting than just punching.
While it may not be true of all MMA fighters, the general consensus among them is that they have little to no respect for professional wrestlers.
